How will I know my car rental reservation is confirmed?
If you have booked online you will receive an email from us confirming availability of the car you have requested along with instructions for collecting your vehicle.
If you have booked with phone staff they will confirm it with you on the phone as well as sending you the same email.
How do I pay if I drive through a toll?
We have electronic toll tags fitted to all our cars. If you pass through any toll points we will automatically charge your nominated credit/debit card.
Do you have child seats?
We have seats available to suit most children up to the age of 7. Please let us if you require them when booking.

Our service operates near the Gold Coast Airport terminal for your convenience. Our friendly staff will pick you up in our shuttle bus upon your arrival and drive you across the carpark to collect your vehicle. On your return, your vehicle will be checked in by our friendly staff who will then drop you to the terminal.
Gold Coast Depot
Located near the Gold Coast Airport is our depot where our staff take care of all your car rental needs.
Brisbane Airport Car Rental
When you rent your car from Cutprice Car Rentals at Brisbane airport we will collect you directly from the airport terminal and take you to our depot, a short 5 minute drive away, where we will complete your rental. On your return, your vehicle will be checked in by our friendly staff who will then drop you to the terminal.
