Yes. A free shuttle connects each airport with its nearby Cut Price depot during office hours. The trip is approximately 2 minutes at Gold Coast Airport and 8 minutes at Brisbane Airport. Call us after collecting your luggage for the current meeting point.

Yes. Every Cut Price rental includes unlimited kilometres, provided the vehicle stays within the permitted area of use and is driven only on sealed roads.

Most bookings do not need a deposit, and you normally pay when collecting the vehicle. Different arrangements apply to 12-seat vans and may apply to local renters. We will explain any special requirement before you confirm.

The temporary card hold is $4,750 with Standard Liability, $500 with Reduced Liability and $0 with Premium Liability. It is not a payment. After we release it, your bank may take 3–14 business days to show the funds as available again.

Bring a valid full driver licence and a Visa or Mastercard, with the cardholder present. A licence not written in English must be accompanied by an official English translation or valid International Driving Permit.

The minimum rental age is 21. Drivers aged 21–24 pay a $6 per day age surcharge and may have higher damage liability and vehicle-category restrictions. Drivers must be 80 years old or younger.

There is no cancellation fee with more than seven days’ notice. Cancellations made seven days to 24 hours before pickup incur a $100 fee. Within 24 hours, or for a no-show, up to the full rental amount may be charged. Different conditions apply to 12-seat vans and peak periods.

Yes, when arranged in advance. Gold Coast uses pre-arranged transport and a secure lockbox. Brisbane uses the Andrew’s Airport Parking shuttle and the access instructions we provide. We will confirm the exact steps for your booking.
