Gold Coast After Hours Process
The Cut Price office is at 101 Golden Four Drive, Bilinga, approximately 400 m from Gold Coast Airport.

Complete everything before arrival
Book the vehicle, upload the requested documents, make payment and sign the rental agreement.

Travel to the office
Follow the booking instructions for the reimbursed Uber option, or walk approximately five minutes from the terminal.

Use the secure lockbox
Use the access instructions supplied for your booking, collect the keys and check the vehicle before driving away.
Return the vehicle to the Bilinga office, place the keys in the instructed lockbox, then take an Uber or walk to the terminal.

Brisbane After Hours Process
Andrew’s Airport Parking is a third-party facility at 539 Nudgee Road, Hendra. Its airport pickup zones and shuttle procedures can change, so check your confirmation and the current Andrew’s guide.

Complete everything before arrival
Book the vehicle, upload the requested documents, make payment and sign the rental agreement.

Collect your luggage and request pickup
Call Andrew’s on 07 3268 4222 or use the pickup option in its mobile website after reaching the correct collection area.

Domestic terminal
Use the Skywalk via the lift or travelator outside the terminal. Cross the Skywalk, descend to the right-hand ground level and wait near the bus shelters.

International terminal
From Customs, move into Arrivals and go to the left-hand end of the terminal. Exit under the Coach Departure sign, follow the ramp and signs to the rideshare and coach pickup area.

Shuttle to Andrew’s and collect
Take the next available Andrew’s shuttle to 539 Nudgee Road and follow the supplied instructions to drive away.
Return the rental vehicle to Andrew’s Airport Parking, follow staff instructions and take the Andrew’s shuttle to the required Brisbane terminal.

After-hours FAQs
Can I collect a Cut Price rental car after the depot closes?
Yes, after-hours pickup is available at both locations by prior arrangement. Documents, payment and the rental agreement must be completed before arrival, and you must follow the instructions supplied with your booking.
How does Gold Coast after-hours pickup work?
After completing the required documents, payment and rental agreement, travel to the Bilinga office by the instructed reimbursed Uber option or approximately five-minute walk, then use the supplied secure lockbox instructions to collect the keys.
How does Brisbane after-hours pickup work?
After completing the pre-arrival requirements and collecting your luggage, contact Andrew’s Airport Parking and follow its current Domestic or International pickup-zone directions. Its shuttle takes you to Andrew’s, where the rental vehicle is collected.
Can I return the vehicle after hours?
Yes, by prior arrangement. At Gold Coast, return the vehicle to the Cut Price office and place the keys in the lockbox. At Brisbane, return the vehicle to Andrew’s Airport Parking and take its shuttle to the terminal.
