RATES

Our rates includes standard Loss or Damage Cover, unlimited klm, registration recovery fees and free use of maps. Petrol is the responsibility of the hirer. The rates quoted on the quoting system are guaranteed.

LOSS OR DAMAGE COVER

STANDARD COVER

Standard Loss or Damage cover is included in our rates subject to the conditions of rental agreement being met. The hirer must pay the applicable Damage Liability Fee in the event of loss or damage. Sufficient funds must be available on the cardholders credit card at the time of rental to cover the Damage Liability Fee.

LIABILTY REDUCTION WAIVER (LRW)

The Liability Reduction Waiver (LRW) reduces the hirers liability in the event of an accident with another vehicle (multi vehicle accident) or theft. Single vehicle damage excluded.

PREMIUM LIABILITY REDUCTION (PLR)

The Premium Liability Reduction Waiver ( PLR ) is a premium cover which can be purchased in addition to the LRW which covers Single Vehicle Accidents, Hail, Storm, Flood or Animal Damage, Windscreens Tyre and Headlight Damage. Cost $5 - $6 per day for Sedans and Wagons and $8 per day for Jeeps and people movers. BOND / DEPOSIT / PAYMENT OF CHARGES

A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover the nominated Damage Liability. If you are using a credit card the Damage Liability is pre - authorized at time of rental and reversed on return subject to return of the vehicle in an undamaged condition and final inspection. The Cardholder must be present at time of rental. For 14 days plus rentals where no damage liability is selected the damage liability must be debited from the cardholders account and then refunded on return of vehicle in undamaged conditon. We accept Visa, Bankcard & MasterCard. If paying debit card, cash or travelers cheques we require an amount equal to the Damage liability paid at the time of rental which is refunded on return of vehicle in undamaged condition. We also require the rental payment to be paid in advance on collection of vehicle. Cash hirers subject to approved application.

KILOMETRES

Unlimited KLM are provided with all our vehicles subject to usage within the area of use.

TOLLS

All tolls in Queensland are payable only via electronic means. If you are planning to travel on the Gateway Motorway or Logan Motorway you will be required to either bring your own electronic tolling tag (Any Australian tag may be used) or purchase a GoViaVideo Pass, see www.govia.com.au for details of how to purchase a pass.

DRIVERS LICENCES

All hirers must have a full current drivers license which may be from any state in Australian, Overseas domestic or International.

MINIMUM / MAXIMUM AGE

Minimum age for rental is 21 years, the maximum is 75 years. Drivers aged between 21-25 are not permitted to drive some categories of vehicles and a surcharge may apply.

AREA OF USE OF VEHICLES

Most vehicles are required to be used within a 250-400 Klm radius. Rentals outside this area can be organized but must be approved prior to the rental and a surcharge may apply. All vehicles are for on road use only.

HOTEL / MOTEL DELIVERIES

Pick up from your Hotel, Motel. Residential or Business address is provided and is subject to a minimum rental period and/or a small fee.

GOLD COAST AIRPORT DELIVERIES

We offer a meet and greet service at the Gold Coast Airport. The vehicle will be available for collection and return from the terminal. No need to be transfered to an off airport office. Upon your arrival please make your way to the Car Rental Return Car Park located directly next to the terminal. Cross the pedestrian crossing at the front of the arrival terminal. Locate parking bay's numbered one to six located in the car rental return car park where you will meet our representative to complete the paper work and you will be on your way in no time.

BRISBANE AIRPORTS DELIVERIES

We offer a meet and greet service at both the Domestic and International terminals. The vehicle will be available for collection and return from the International terminal. No need to be transfered to an off airport office. Our representative will meet you at the terminal and escort you to the vehicle located at the international car rental car park. If you are arriving at the Domestic Terminal we will collect you and transfer you to the International terminal to collect the vehicle. Please call our office on arrival and we will direct you to our representative.

BRISBANE CITY DELIVERIES

We can deliver vehicles to your location within the Brisbane metropolitan area. Hirers are required to return our driver back to Brisbane International Airport after completion of rental.

BABY SEATS, BOOSTER SEATS AND GPS NAVIGATION UNITS

A good selection of approved reversible baby seats and booster seats available for children of all ages. The rates for baby capsules or baby seats is $3 per day with a maximum of $25 per rental or for booster seats $2 per day with a maximum of $15 per rental. From March 2010 Queensland law will require all children under the age of 7 to sit in an approved car restraint. GPS NAVIGATION UNITS are available for rent at $5 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellation fee shall be payable provided you give us more than 7 days notice prior to your arrival. Cancellation fee apply as follows
24 hours - 7 days - $100 cancellation fee
Within 24 hours or fail to arrive / collect vehicle - up to full cost of charges
